5th Annual Neighborhood House Golf Open PDF Print E-mail

On June 8, 2009, Neighborhood House of Milwaukee held its 5th Annual Neighborhood House Golf Open at Tripoli Country Club, one Wisconsin's premier golf courses.  The weather, for the most part, cooperated as hundreds of golfers and philanthropists turned out to support Neighborhood House and enjoy a great day of golf. Channel 12’s Mark Baden and Dan Needles were the gracious hosts again this year for the event, and spent time with the golfers and attendees throughout the day. This year's 5th Annual Neighborhood House Golf Open raised tens of thousands of dollars in support of Neighborhood House Programs. Neighborhood House extends a sincere thanks to all who helped make this year's event a success!

Reminder:

Milwaukee Brewers vs. Chicago Cubs Suite Package: through August 15, 2009, Neighborhood House is selling raffle tickets to win 14 tickets and 6 parking passes (Brewers Lot 2) to the Fox Sports Net Luxury Box (Suite 55) for the 7:05PM 9/23/09 Brewers vs. Cubs game. Raffle tickets are priced at $25 for one ticket, $100 for 5 tickets and $200 for 10 tickets. Raffle tickets are available for purchase from Neighborhood House through August 14, 2009. Please contact Neighborhood House's Development Department at (414) 933-6161 for information about purchasing raffle tickets to win this once in a lifetime experience! The runner-up in the raffle will receive a voucher for two excellent Club Level Seats to a select 2009 Monday through Thursday home game at Miller Park, of their choice.

*** Update: The drawing for the raffle winners was conducted at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, in downtown Milwaukee, on Monday August 17. We are proud to announce that Chuck Lhotka is the grand prize winner and Gass Weber Mullins LLC is the runner-up. Neighborhood House wishes to sincerely thank all who participated in the raffle. With your help, we continue the work we started in 1945 to build strong children, families and neighborhoods in Milwaukee. Have fun out at Miller Park Chuck and Gass Weber Mullins LLC!

 
20th Annual Ray Richardson Awards Dinner & Auction PDF Print E-mail

Mark your calendars for Neighborhood House of Milwaukee's 20th Annual Ray Richardson Awards Dinner & Auction - November 4, 2009!  Our 20th Annual Ray Richardson Dinner & Auction, Neighborhood House of Milwaukee's annual fundraising event and showcase, will be held at the beautiful Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee, on the 7th floor, on Wednesday evening, November 4, 2009.  The reception and silent auction take place from 5:00 until 6:30pm.  The dinner and program are scheduled from 6:30 to 8:30pm. Be sure to mark your calendar and join us for this momentous milestone for Neighborhood House!

  • The opportunity to throw out the first pitch at a 2010 Milwaukee Brewers regular season game + four Club Infield Box seats for the game.
  • Two round-trip air seats and two-night hotel accommodations at the Monte Carlo Resort in Las Vegas, courtesy of Southwest Airlines vacations.
  • Chef Mark Weber (Mason St. Grill) and Chef Mark Steele (Shully's) prepare a dinner for 8 in your home.
  • Chef Tom Schultz of Smyth Restaurant @ the Iron Horse Hotel will prepare dinner for 8 in your home.
  • Chef Ben Christiansen of Waterford Wine Company will prepare dinner for 8 in your home.
  • 4-5 course Sunday dining experience for 8 created by Chef Bryan Phillips, from Le Reve Restaurant.
  • Chef Eric Hansen will prepare a multi-course Italian dinner at your home, for up to 8 people.  Chef Hansen has extensive background in Italian Cuisine.
